- 1 x 18cm sweet pastry case
- 450ml double cream
- 50g sugar
- 3 lemons, zest and juice
- 150g Onken Vanilla Fat Free
Step-by-step
- 1 Place the cream, sugar and lemon zest into a pan, stir until well combined.
- 2 Bring to the boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
- 3 In a measuring jug juice the lemons, pour in the hot cream mixture and stir well.
- 4 Add the Onken Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt and stir well.

Strain the mix through a fine sieve and pour into the pastry case.
Cooks Tip: The filling for this tart can be served without the pastry case, make as per the recipe and pour into ramekins for a fresh, light lemon dessert. - 6 Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
