Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

A fabulous coloured smoothie full of antioxidants, a real must at least once a week. By adding yogurt to your smoothie it helps you stay fuller for longer … so perhaps there will be no need for that mid-morning snack!!!

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Put the banana, strawberries and juice into a blender or smoothie maker, blend for 30 seconds.
  2. 2 Add the Onken Strawberry Fat Free Yogurt and blend a further 15 – 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. 3 Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
