- 1 pot (450g) Onken Raspberry Yogurt
- bananas, 1 per portion
- To decorate:
- blackberries
- raspberries
- strawberries
- granola
- dark chocolate, melted
Step-by-step
- 1 Pour yogurt into a freezer safe tub and place in the freezer until frozen. Whisk every half an hour to give it more of an ice cream consistency.
- 2 Slice banana lengthways and place onto a serving dish and sprinkle over some granola.
- 3 Add 2-3 scoops of the frozen yogurt between the two slices of banana before topping with more granola and chosen fruit.
- 4 Finish by drizzling over some melted dark chocolate, optional.
