Prawn Baguette

The yogurt gives a clean fresh taste to the prawns and is certainly a healthier option than mayonnaise or double cream, and there is no need to butter the baguette.

A bit of this, a bit of that

  • 2 baguettes
  • 100g Onken Natural Set yogurt
  • 50g large prawns
  • ½ tsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp Worcester sauce
  • Cracked black pepper

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Slice the baguettes down the centre from the top.
  2. 2 Combine all the remaining ingredients together and divide between the 2 baguettes.
  3. 3 Cut in half and serve with salad leaves.
