- 115g (4oz) fruits of the forest or summer frozen fruits, defrosted for 10 minutes
- 150ml (¼ pt) pomegranate and blueberry juice
- 150ml (¼ pt) Onken Natural Fat Free Yogurt

Place the fruits of the forest frozen fruits and juice in the smoothie maker or blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Cooks Tip: Fruits of the forest frozen fruits are available in most supermarkets and certainly a must to keep in the freezer. - 2 Add the yogurt and blend a further 15 seconds.
