- 4 tbsp runny honey
- 6 tbsp double cream, whipped
- 210g Onken Mango, Papaya and Passionfruit Yogurt
- 2 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped
Step-by-step
- 1 Take two glasses and add a tablespoon of honey at the bottom of each glass.
- 2 In a bowl, fold the cream into the yogurt until the mixture appears quite stiff and not too runny.
- 3 Carefully spoon half of the mixture on top of the honey. Add another tablespoon of honey on top of the yogurt and spoon the remaining yogurt cream on top. Sprinkle with the almonds and serve.
