- 100g whipping cream
- 100g Onken Cherry Yogurt
- 12 chocolate chip cookies
Step-by-step
- 1 In a large bowl whip the cream to stiff peaks. Add the yogurt and whisk again to soft peaks.
- 2 Using 2 cookies, spoon 1 tablespoon of cherry cream onto one cookie. Sandwich both cookies together and place on a serving plate. Repeat with each cookie to make 6 Onken Cherry Yogurt Cookie Sandwiches, serve immediately.
