- 450g mixed berry compote
- 100ml double cream, lightly whipped
- 200ml Onken Natural Set Yogurt
- 75g meringue nests, broken into bite-size pieces
- Decorate with strawberries and chopped Pistachio nuts
Step-by-step
- 1 In a large bowl fold together the lightly whipped cream, yogurt and meringues.
- 2 Gently fold in the berry compote, do not over fold as the streaking of the colours is attractive.
- 3 Spoon the Mixed Berry Eton Mess into 4 or 6 dessert glasses.
- 4 To serve top with strawberry halves and the chopped nuts.
