- 2 tbsp Onken Natural Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Onken Cherry Yogurt, any other flavours can be used
- For the fruit dippers (slices or whole):
- strawberries
- cherries
- kiwi
- nectarine
- satsuma
- grapes
- For the savoury dippers:
- carrot
- celery
- mange tout
- cherry tomatoes
- cheese cut into sticks
- mini bread sticks
Step-by-step
- 1 Place the Onken Yogurt into containers that have fitted lids.

Wash and slice fruits and vegetables and wrap in foil or place in a small sandwich bag. Wrap breadsticks in cling film or foil.
Cooks Tip: For a special treat, melt 25g white chocolate, add it to the fruit yogurt, add
some marshmallows to go with it in the lunch box. -

Place in lunchbox, with other items and a serviette/kitchen roll. Then at lunch time the yogurt can be used as a sweet or savoury dip.
Cooks Tip: If the weather is really warm or the lunch box is not kept in a cool place, nearly freeze the drink and place in lunch box it will keep everything chilled for longer.
