  1. 1 Brush the butter over the bananas and sprinkle over the sugar. Place the bananas under a grill and grill for 2 and a 1/2 minutes on each side. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla extract.
  2. 2 Remove from the grill and pour over the yogurt.
