- ½ pineapple, peeled and cored and cut into chunks
- 8 strawberries, washed and hulled
- 2 kiwi, peeled and cut into quarters
- 8 mango chunks
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 1- 2 tsp ground ginger
- For serving: Onken Strawberry Fat Free Yogurt
Step-by-step
- 1 Thread the prepared fruit onto 4 skewers
- 2 In a small bowl mix together the ginger and honey.

Preheat the grill. Place the kebabs on a baking sheet and drizzle the honey mixture over each kebab. Grill for approximately 10 minutes until golden and caramelised. Serve with the Onken Strawberry Fat Free Yogurt.
Cooks Tip: Other yogurt flavours could be substituted in this recipe for example Vanilla fat free or Mango, Papaya and Passion Fruit.
