- 4 fresh ripe figs
- ¼ Camembert, cut into 4 wedges
- For the Dressing
- 50g Onken Mango, Papaya & Passion Fruit Yogurt
- 2 tbsp spiced mango chutney
- Baby salad leaves to serve
Step-by-step
- 1 Preheat oven 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- 2 Cut a cross in the top of each fig and cut ¾ of the way through.
- 3 Press a wedge of Camembert into each fig. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
- 4 In a small bowl combine together the Onken Mango, Papaya & Passion Fruit Yogurt and the chutney.
- 5 To serve; plate 2 figs per person, pour the dressing over and around the figs and dress with the baby salad leaves.
