Figs with Camembert and a Spiced Fruity Mango Dressing

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Preheat oven 180°C/160°C Fan/Gas Mark 4.
  2. 2 Cut a cross in the top of each fig and cut ¾ of the way through.
  3. 3 Press a wedge of Camembert into each fig. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 – 12 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
  4. 4 In a small bowl combine together the Onken Mango, Papaya & Passion Fruit Yogurt and the chutney.
  5. 5 To serve; plate 2 figs per person, pour the dressing over and around the figs and dress with the baby salad leaves.
