- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Knob of butter
- Onken Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
- A pinch of cinnamon
Step-by-step
- 1 Pre-heat the oven to 200°C (fan assisted).

Slice each banana into four pieces and place in an oven proof dish.
Cooks Tip: This recipe works well with dried figs, simply exchange the bananas for 8
dried figs and repeat recipe as above. - 3 Sprinkle over the brown sugar and cinnamon, pour over the orange juice and add a knob of butter.
- 4 Cover with silver foil and bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C.
- 5 Serve with a good dollop of Onken Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
